Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Monte Puertatierra in Cádiz, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary delights offered at the hotel's restaurant, Restaurante Rompeolas. Each morning, I indulged in a delightful breakfast spread that never failed to impress. The selection of pastries, especially the freshly baked bread and pastries, was a highlight for me as a self-proclaimed connoisseur of baked goods. It was a joy to start my day with a variety of hot dishes that changed daily, showcasing the chef's creativity and attention to detail. After a leisurely breakfast, I strolled along the picturesque promenade that runs alongside the beach, exploring the array of beach bars and restaurants. However, I found myself returning to Restaurante Rompeolas for dinner, drawn in by its rich history and reputation for exquisite cuisine. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was impeccable. In conclusion, Monte Puertatierra exceeded my expectations with its exceptional dining experience and convenient location near various dining establishments for those looking to further explore Cádiz's gastronomic offerings. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a blend of culinary innovation and seaside tranquility.
